Young Female Leaders Award (YFLA) 2022 on the Occasion of International Women’s Day 2022
Greetings from Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP)!
It is a pleasure to let you know that Applications are now open for Young Female Leaders Award (YFLA) 2022 to celebrate the International Women’s Day 2022 which will be held in BIP conference hall on 11th March 2022. On this occasion, BIP is going to award of its’ young female members.
YFLA declares the awardees after receiving recommendations from the selection committee. The aim of celebrating International Women’s Day is to honor and encourage Bangladeshi female planners working in urban/ regional/ rural planning, management and development.
The objectives of this event are:
1. Engage female planners in urban / regional / rural planning of the country more effectively.
2. Highlight the contribution of women in urban/ regional/ rural planning at national and international level.
3. To inform the needs and role of women in the one-sided development activities irrespective financial, social and cultural capabilities and responsibilities of the country.
4. Ensure combined participation of men and women in urban / regional / rural planning.
Thematic Sessions: Women Leadership in Urban Management.
Eligibility: The applicant must be an associate member / member of BIP and age limit will be maximum 28 years old by 02 March 2022.
Deadline of application: 02 March, 2022

This award is a token of appreciation for the young female planners to encourage and recognize the Event/ Research/ Project/ professional achievements with the aim in making a positive change in their communities. It is our way of expressing THANK YOU for the great deeds.
