Dear Planner,
It is a pleasure to announce that Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP) is going to organize a Professional Online Training on Dhaka Metropolitan Building Construction Regulations 2025 & Building Construction Rules 1996 on April 18, 2026 (10:00 am to 3:00 pm) in Online Zoom Platform.
Participation in this training is essential for planners aiming to achieve professional urban planner certification and to take on roles within the Building Construction Committees of Pourashava, Upazilla, or City Corporation.
This training is mandatory for the planner who has already been nominated and are willing for being nominated to the BC Committees in different Pourashava, City Corporations & Upazillas.
Attendees will gain comprehensive knowledge and skills in various areas, including Planning Report Preparation, Plan, Construction, and Special Project Approvals, the Planner's Role in Building Construction Committees, and the Planner's scope of work on the Building Design and Construction Committee.
The course fee is BDT 1000.00 only for each BIP Member (Subject to up-to-date clearance of Subscription Dues for BIP Members).
